We want you to be completely satisfied with your Thermomix® purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you can return your appliance or accessories within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our Customer Care team or visit our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Item
Securely place the Thermomix® and all original accessories into the original packaging to ensure the unit is protected during transit.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for tracked delivery.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the contents and condition of the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
